Client Feedback

"Jesus is someone who can make the dreary of a highly complex subject like quantitative methodology relatable to anyone. He has a wide depth of knowlege and he presents the information in a way that is both informative and even enjoyable. Before I found him I wondered how I was going to complete my advanced stats doctoral level course work but after working with him I feel compelled to view stats in a whole new way .. He makes the learning fun (which is the mark of an exeptional tutor) ! I honeslty can not speak highly enough of my time spent learning with him!"

— Kimberly, Graduate Student

"I was stuck on an issue with multiple imputation for a three-level mixed regression model for my PhD dissertation, and Jesus was a life-saver. He was patient as I talked through my data and asked him questions, and he spent time carefully understanding the issue before recommending a course of action. I feel super confident moving forward in my analysis now, which is a massive relief. It can be hard asking for help, but if you're considering reaching out to Jesus, do it! I highly recommend Jesus for help with R/Rstudio, mixed/hierarchical/multilevel models, and multiple imputation (including the MICE package in R)."

— Liz, Graduate Student

"Jesus has been an incredible tutor, going above and beyond by reading articles related to my analysis method outside of our sessions to better support my learning. His deep knowledge of missing data and statistics, combined with his patience in teaching R, has been invaluable in tackling advanced methods for my PhD. Don’t wait to book with him! No matter your current level of knowledge he can help :)"

Behind the Desk

Jesus E. Delgado, Ph.D. Candidate

I believe that statistics is not just about computing values, but about understanding how our methodological decisions shape the stories we tell with data. My central research is on what I call "Researcher-Drawn Conclusions." I focus on how specific research decisions—'researcher degrees of freedom'—ultimately impact the final inferences we draw.

This focus informs my dual mission: I balance deep methodological rigor with a passion for building intuitive understanding. Whether I am tutoring a student or consulting with a nonprofit collaborator, my goal is to ensure you don't just see the numbers, but fully understand the logic and impact behind every statistical choice.
